This Privacy Policy for Hypercollider Limited ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Apps", "Services"), including when you:
- Download and use our mobile applications, or any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Policy
- Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events

What information is collected?
Some information may be considered 'special' or 'sensitive' in certain jurisdictions, for example your racial or ethnic origins, sexual orientation, and religious beliefs. We do not process sensitive personal information.
A. Information you provide to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
B. Information collected automatically in the Apps
If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. Device & technical information
- Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information automatically collected when you access or use our Services. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, screens viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called 'crash dumps'), and hardware settings).
- Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address, device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.
Identifiers
- Advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID; iOS IDFA if you allow tracking via ATT)
- App instance identifiers and similar device/app identifiers used for analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising delivery/measurement
Approximate location
- We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, but some partners may infer approximate location from IP address for analytics, fraud prevention, compliance, or ad delivery.
C. Payment data
- We (and/or our payment platform) may receive anonymous payment metadata such as product identifier, subscription status, renewal information, and country/region from the underlying processor Apple App Store / Google Play (but not your full payment card details) from any in-app purchases made.

Do the Apps collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do the Apps use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
How do you opt-out?
There are a plethora of mechanisms to manage your consent. Many of our service providers have their own systems in place to trigger an opt-out, you may consult their privacy policies for more information.
The Apps feature consent management options, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). For example, users in the UK or EEA may change GDPR consent at any time using this platform in the Apps. For US users, UMP also provides a 'Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information' option you may configure at any time.
You can also control advertising identifiers and ad personalisation through your device settings, including resetting the advertising ID (Android) or limiting ad tracking (iOS/Android options vary by version). You can use these to change or revoke permissions and consent given to the Apps at any time.
Finally, uninstalling the Apps will halt all collection of information.You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly. Furthermore, since we do not directly identify users, we may be unable to fulfil certain requests without additional information, and in some cases may not be able to identify data relating to a specific individual.
International transfers
Our service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected using appropriate safeguards (such as contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms provided by vendors).
How does the Application address children's privacy?
The Apps do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
How is your information kept secure?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Apps. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
